Responsibilities: Responsible for strategic planning and budget control for Marketing department Actively contribute to the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in the areas of acquisition, engagement, and retention of current customers especially in CRM and VIP Management Responsible for development for our digital platform Manage current marketing sponsorship program Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and maximum the market performance Manage key marketing projects and ensure budget is within the operational guideline Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and media partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related discipline Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a managerial role Analytical with strong customer acquisition and retention mindset Experience in the retail industry is a must High proficiency of both written and spoken English and Chinese Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
