.Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Responsible for leading the Product Supply Interface (PSI) Team based in Porto and ensuring that structure and resources are in place to execute the transformation roadmap, delivery of people and process changes (i.E. own the people plan) and delivering to the PEX budget for operational teams in own area. This position will be responsible for the recruitment, coaching and performance management of his or her direct reports in close collaboration with the Global PSI Business Leads. The Sr. Manager PSI will serve as the single point of contact for GPS within GBS on matters related to Europe and Emerging Markets and ensure alignment and consistency across Hubs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the PSI team based in Porto in accordance with the adidas management principles to support the organization's overall leadership focus on performance and talent management, values, management, and self-management practices, including satellite Global Product Supply SCM Hubs. Follow Product Supply Interface drumbeat to create transparency of Availability (including key product launches) and Inventory performance to the various levels of the organization. Drive decision making and action to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities with business partners. Translate commercial needs related to availability and inventory into Supply Chain requirements/solutions. Collaborate with Demand Planning and market Supply Chain Management to manage buying volume in line with the input demand plan and Integrated Business Planning guidance. Drive market review of parameters and planning tactics to support optimized availability. Secure targeted availability with focus on critical products and NOS (Never Out of Stock) supply models. Maintain and govern cross-department/function Processes and Policies to deliver business quality and control. Support implementation of key SCM/Product Supply initiatives. Sign off cross-department/function Processes and Policies to deliver business quality and control. Support implementation of key SCM/Product Supply initiatives, including continuous improvement initiatives. Build the appropriate structure to be able to manage the respective organization effectively, identify and develop the future talents and create realistic succession scenarios for key positions, in close collaboration with Global Product Supply Functional Leads. Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT-systems, data and analysis and team feedback and make appropriate changes to meet business needs. Actively manage and coach team, setting objectives, providing feedback and supporting personal growth and development. Manage recruitment, coaching and performance management of direct reports and team members as needed. Support and provide appropriate challenge to the SLA definition and agreement process and drive achievement of SLAs
