Job Title: Senior Manager Cross-Border Employment Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Oversee CBE programme and provide expertise and support to HR Management within the Market on matters relating to International and, where required, domestic mobility. Work closely with the CBE global team to both participate in, and lead projects, for the design and alignment of global standards, policies and processes. Manage the application of global standards in the Market under consideration of Market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CBE Market
Provide strategic consultancy and directional guidance to HR Community on the application of all aspects of the CBE portfolio including non-traditional CBE employment frameworks and domestic mobility.
Oversee consistent application of International Mobility standards & policies ensuring that compliance is adhered to.
Strategic oversight of case management of senior moves (S3+) – close collaboration with the respective HR SLT member, Rewards market Lead, executive search and executive compensation.
Act as central point of contact and coordination for questions on global & market processes.
Advise on compliance matters relating to cross-border tax, social security and immigration.
Leading projects/Workstreams needed to advance the CBE programme and to ensure global consistency.
Implement and communicate regulations and new policy components to various stakeholders and monitor adherence.
Manage vendor relationships in the market and ensure smooth delivery in tax services, immigration, security/risk, end-to-end relocation for international employees.
Oversee appropriate tax handling and reporting of international employee pay and benefits in partnership with Payroll Services and tax services provider.
Review annual mobility exercises & mobility benefit delivery: Housing Table, Currency Protection, Salary/Bonus round.
Participate in benchmarking exercises and network with other mobility management experts in order to ensure policy competitiveness, best-practice solutions and remain informed about market norms and common practices.
CBE liaison & collaboration with the Works council.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree or Equivalent Experience
MBA or Advanced degree or certificate (i.e. CEBS, CCP, etc.) an advantage.
5-10+ years' experience in Human Resources, with specialization in International Mobility (preferably in international tax, immigration, social security, employment law).
Experience of working in an international company within matrix structures.
Previous leadership experience.
