If you like a challenging environment where you're working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there's no better place - guaranteed! :) What you will do Develop scalable frontend and backend systems using our tech stack; Collaborate across dataand platform teams to organize work and create predictability in an unpredictable space; Optimize search technologies like Open Search or Elasticsearch to enhance query performance; Deliver quality software solutions and compelling customer experiences; Solve complex technicalchallenges independently or collaboratively. Must haves 5+ years of experience building scalable frontend and backend systems; 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment; Experience working on startups with 0-1 type products; Experience with design libraries such as Tailwind; Strong proficiency in Node.Js, React/Next JS, GraphQL, D3.Js or similar frameworks and libraries; Skilled in developing unit tests using a variety of tools such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright; Familiarity with Cube.Js; Experience with AWS; Knowledge in search technologies like Open Search or Elasticsearch, with expertise in indexing, search optimization, and query performance enhancement; Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality software solutions; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges; Excellent communicationskills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Nice to haves Experience with Vercel, Postgres, Clickhouse, Nest JS, Snowflake; Experience with Python and/or other strongly typed languages; Experience with databases such as Clickhouse, Postgres, DuckDB, or similar; Experience working at B2B SaaS tech companies, especially during hyper growth; Familiarity with MLOps; Experience in managing Kubernetes clusters and workloads (AWS EKS preferred) using configuration as code.
