In our recruitment team, we have a broad diversity of skills and experience, and we are looking for a specialist who wants to become a master in IT recruitment.As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for searching and attracting IT specialists, assessing candidates, and matching their skills with what our client needs.Our Sourcing team is the core of our business. This is where we ensure the right match between our clients' needs and the requirements of our consultants. From searching and finding the right candidate to ensuring that the IT professionals' profiles we provide to our clients reflect the high quality that emagine is known for.Responsibilities:End-to-end management of the recruitment process starting from identification of resources from the market to onboarding of the candidates.Ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders, namely client manager, hiring manager, onsite team, vendors, and partners to fulfill resource requirements.Close cooperation with the Nearshore Recruitment Manager and global Sales department.Building and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and candidates.Ability to handle multiple projects for several clients at the same time.Requirements:4 years+ experience in a Recruitment or Sourcing function within the IT sector.Fluent in English (Portuguese nice to have).Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques.Ability to conduct interviews with candidates to assess role fitment and communication skills.Knowledge of trends in the IT market.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with others.We offer you a full-time position as a Senior IT Recruiter in a work environment where the tone is informal, and collaboration is characterized by flexibility, trust, and a service-minded attitude.
