• Experience in the delivery life-cycle in a high challenge, complex, multi-project environment
• Lead the communication and engagement with programme sponsors, stakeholders and with business programme managers
• Excellent written skills adequate for documenting complex assumptions, risks and commitments clearly and unambiguously • Lead the preparation of critical meetings (programme management, steering's, escalation meetings, …) and be the key driver for IT related topics on those meetings
• Anticipate issues, blockers, constraints in the critical path and work with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in client-facing projects
• Flexibility and ability to work in environments with changing priorities
• Certification in specific Agile or waterfall methodologies (Scrum master, PMP, PRINCE2,…)
