HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations, etc.As a Senior HR Officer, you will:Advise and provide HR supportFollow up on HR policies, procedures, administrative and legal aspectsManage a team of peopleBe responsible for the employee lifecycle within your scopeLiaise with external providers for payroll & HR topics, if anyProvide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problemsEnsure compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies & Government regulationsResponsible for the onboarding & offboarding process of employeesAdminister internal communication on HR topics for the dedicated populationHandle the coordination & logistics of trainingsContribute to lean management and improvement of HR processesContribute to HR group projectsAddress payroll-related queriesIdeal Profile:Master's Degree in HR or equivalent4-5 years of previous experience in HR with a strong knowledge of the Brazilian scope and people managementFluency in Portuguese and EnglishEagerness to work in an international teamReadiness to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentCuriosity, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skillsMastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivityMantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
