Job DescriptionThe aim of the Human Resources Department is to ensure Mantu's growth by providing employees with the right support and career development throughout their work experience. HR Governance offers mobility and training solutions, manages payslips and administrative procedures, ensures compliance with legal and social HR regulations, etc.As a Senior HR Officer, you will:Advise and provide HR supportFollow up on HR policies, procedures, administrative and legal aspectsManage a team of peopleBe responsible for the employee lifecycle within your scopeLiaise with external providers for payroll & HR topics, if anyProvide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve issues and problemsEnsure compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies & Government regulationsResponsible for the onboarding & offboarding process of employeesAdminister internal communication on HR topics for the dedicated populationHandle the coordination & logistics of trainingsContribute to lean management and improvement of HR processesContribute to HR group projectsAddress payroll-related queriesIdeal Profile:Master's Degree in HR or equivalent4-5 years of previous experience in HR with a strong knowledge of the Brazilian scope and people managementFluency in Portuguese and EnglishEagerness to work in an international teamReadiness to work in a dynamic and challenging environmentCuriosity, enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented attitude, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skillsMastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivityMantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
