Master's degree required in HR, Business Administration, Law or similar;
Portuguese speaker with excellent level of English - minimum C1;
Minimum 5 years of experience in the role as HRBP or similar HR Role on a multinational environment;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
Proven success in delivering a high quality work product requiring a high level of attention to detail in the most complex situations;
Analytical Ability, strong communication, interpersonal skills.

Que funções irão desempenhar
Point of contact for the assigned projects or areas for all HR-related matters;
Provides guidance to business leaders to promote engagement, increase productivity and retention, strengthen working relationships, implement the optimal organizational structure, support a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion;
Manages employee relations issues, diagnoses root causes, and identifies appropriate interventions. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations;
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions);
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
