You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and engagement and organizational development.This role is crucial in ensuring that our HR practices align with our business strategies and values, ultimately creating a positive work environment.As a Senior HR Business Partner you will:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their organizational needs and develop HR strategies to support business goalsManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding processesProvide guidance and assistance to managers and associates on HR related topics, as employee relations, talent development, performance management and HR policies and proceduresLead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring recruitment and retention of TalentDrive employee engagement initiatives and create programs to enhance the overall employee experience, promoting a positive work culture and fostering retention and satisfactionManage the remuneration development (keeping to budgets and remuneration principles, control/approval of individual pay rises)Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and proactively address any potential issuesEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policiesQualificationsWhat distinguishes you:Degree in relevant area (HR Management, or related fields)+6 years of experience as HRBP, ideally experience as an HRBP of IT teamsExpertise in HR data analytics and reportingCapacity to work autonomouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work on a fast-pace environment and to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritiesLanguage skills: Portuguese (native) and English C1 (mandatory)This position is located in Ovar, with reporting to the HR Manager located in Lisbon.
