Senior Finance Manager (All Genders)

The challenge Manage the budgeting process of Portuguese entity and support in the global budgeting process; Monthly (ad-hoc) financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure financial stability; Manage the monthly CCR (Cost Center Reports) reporting process and work closely with department owners on cost variance analysis; Manage the monthly rolling 12 month forecast for Portuguese entity and support on global monthly rolling 12 month forecast process; Profitability studies, cost analyses, implementation of regular cost review schemes; Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports and analysis for Portuguese entity and support on global KPI reporting and analysis; External Financial reporting (shareholders, banks and other); Update monthly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) dashboards; Responsibility for the monthly closing and Portuguese management accounts; Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and budgeting; Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. What you offer Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.G., CFA, CPA) preferred; Having 5-7 years' experience in a finance role; Experience in SaaS industry preferable; Portuguese GAAP knowledge; IFRS knowledge preferable; Advanced Excel skills; Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
