Chief Financial Officer

We are a fast-growing Fractional CFO company specializing in the Agency space. We are a young and ambitious team looking to expand our team and bring on a new Fractional CFO. You will join as a freelancer (self-employed) and will begin part-time, with the opportunity to go full-time as we build your client portfolio. We are completely remote, so you are free to work from where you choose, but it would be ideal if you are available during European/UAE hours. Requirements Strong financial modeling experience Knowledge of the digital marketing agency industry (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Availability during European/UAE working hours (preferred) Ability to communicate well with diverse clients Proactive approach to process improvement At least 2 years of experience in a financial institution or as a freelance consultant Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Automation skills (bonus) Benefits Flexible, remote work environment Opportunity to work with a variety of exciting agency clients Financial Analyst to support you on clients Collaborative, ambitious team culture. In short, We are looking for someone who is likely around 30-35 years old and has experience as a finance director or senior analyst in an accounting firm or financial role. The two most important qualities are: Problem-solving skills Strong communication. This role will have its own clients with whom they will communicate. A good test is if you (as an agency owner) trust the person and feel comfortable discussing the financials with them. Compensation is somewhat open. My goal is to get all CFOs to the $7K - $10K range, where, for example, we can start with a minimum of $3K and then they receive a percentage of the clients they work on. #J-18808-Ljbffr
