About Finance: The Finance team is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company. They support management decisions through top-tier accounting, controlling, and procurement processes. The Controlling team effectively manages EFG's financials, focusing on actuals, forecasts, and budget reporting. Their insights and valued opinions contribute to the leadership team's decision-making process. As the Team Lead for Business Unit Controller Finance, you will be responsible for leading a team that oversees all financial aspects of the assigned business unit. Your role will encompass financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will provide strategic financial insights to drive business performance and act as a key business partner to various departments, guiding strategic decisions and fostering overall business success.
