Our software, hardware and testing developers mainly develop in the field of embedded systems. In this context, we are supporting our customers according to Automotive SPICE, agile methods and their customer-specific processes and tools.
We are looking for a senior software developer in the automotive environment. Start is possible immediately.
Deine Aufgaben
Leading your team through the development of Embedded Software under the best practices for Automotive (ASPICE, MISRA)
Organizing and distributing work within your team, acting as a lighthouse to bring everyone to the finish line.
Regularly communicate your progress and resource availability to the Software Lead.
Work with the company's internal tools and methods including Code Reviews, ASPICE
Positively contribute with suggestions and ideas towards an environment of continuous improvement

Proven experience in developing bare-metal and/or RTOS based embedded systems with strong focus in C programming.
Excellent capability in developing algorithms to resolve complex problems paying attention to efficient (time) execution.
Understanding of Embedded Operating Systems, such as FreeRTOS or those specific to Automotive such as AUTOsar
Good understanding of "system level" concepts, namely the interaction between hardware and software and the end goal of how a system shall behave.
Experience leading small teams of developers, under the core values of Motivation, Cooperation and Dialog, with great sense of Responsibility.
Good competences with the English language, including technical writing: we are a multinational team and English is how we communicate.
Knowledge of Portuguese language is a plus.
