.As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Marketing team. As Senior Digital MarketingSpecialist you will be responsible for owning and improving the marketing mix for our product launches and international campaigns. Think of developing product strategies and how to localize them to different markets and audiences, building creative campaigns, and elevating content production. Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world? This is a remote position, where you will be working for our office based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. You will be hired remotely through the local entity of our global employment partner. What this role looks like As theSenior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for helping grow our brand awareness and market share in the core markets: BNLX, DACH, and Spain. You will work closely with our sales and CS teams and have joint KPIs and OKRs. Think of MQLs, organic growth, brand awareness etc. In order to drive these good results, you will collaborate with the different specialties in the marketing team (PR, SEO, Performance, Partnerships, Social Media, CRM). You will report to the Content Marketing Team Lead. Some of your key tasks asSenior Digital Marketing Specialist Gaining a deep understanding of our customers and prospects, including their organizational goals, structures, motivations, and buying processes; Developing compelling and attention-grabbing campaigns for high-impact interactions in order to create awareness and drive conversions; Finding new and innovative ways to target and engage our prospects across all marketing channels, identifying the best platforms to reach them through thoughtfully crafted outbound campaigns; Establishing and reporting on metrics that help refine the performance of these initiatives while keeping an eye on the full funnel (closed deals and retention). What you will bring to the Marketing team You are an all-round marketer with 5+ years of experience ; you have broad knowledge covering a wide range of digital tactics across multiple channels and platforms and effortlessly create fitting content; Content creation is second nature to you ; from writing SEO-proof blogs and landing pages to creating email flows and scripting videos — you brim with creative energy and a drive for flawless execution
