Sword Health is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to enable AI/ML projects to power the Sword health platform from end-to-end. You will build the data infrastructure to prepare machine learning and data science to understand member behavior across a multitude of health and pain conditions. You will be part of an exciting team at Sword that is helping our business grow to the next level through novel applications of AI. You will have a tremendous impact on millions of lives. What you'll do: Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines that ingest data from multiple sources with different technologies (Cloud Storage, BigQuery, FHIR, JSON, etc.). Work closely on data science projects to design, prototype and test novel clinical and digital interventions and models, leveraging machine learning and deep learning to understand members and their musculoskeletal health and pain needs. Represent the needs of the AI team in architecting data solutions that maintain a person-level identity across multiple data types and sources. Leverage advanced programming and large datasets towards those ends, including structure and unstructured clinical notes, focused on developing domain expertise in digital health and musculoskeletal care
