About the Role

Handle complex and escalated customer cases, ensuring customer delight and balancing business and customer needs.
Represent Catawiki with a firm understanding of our brand and voice, embodying our values and proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Jump into regular customer support cases and handle live channels, prioritizing customer experience and finding solutions for complex cases.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of professional experience in customer service escalations and social media.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Dutch, comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
