ABOUT THE ROLE -
The Senior Customer Analytics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and performing reporting related to the quote-to-cash process. This role also involves monitoring the AR process, developing team skills, and enhancing expertise through SAP S/4 HANA training. The focus is on analyzing financial data, preparing performance reports, and driving improvements in financial performance and efficiency to support strategic decision-making.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Lead regular meetings with the AR Process Area Lead to update on work status and take ownership of learning and development, actively seeking guidance to enhance skills and knowledge.Actively participate in functional and technical training related to SAP S/4 HANA to continuously improve technical expertise and stay updated on best practices.Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, providing solutions and recommendations to relevant teams.Prepare QTC-related performance monitoring reports, ensuring that financial data is accurate and actionable for stakeholders.Conduct regular analyses to assess financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities, and delivering reports that inform strategic decisions.WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED? Education: BSc/BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting, or similar roles, with a proven track record in handling complex financial processes.Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA ERP, with a strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting processes.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis, reporting, and automation of financial processes.Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other similar tools for advanced financial analysis and reporting.WHAT IS ON OFFER?
