Your New Role: As an Integrations Analyst, you will support the business as the first line of contact. You will analyse complex business requirements, understand how they fit into the current process and system landscape, and identify existing gaps. You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to connect our IT systems, perform root cause analysis, and find solutions with the support of strong IT colleagues.
Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders and partners to gather and understand their specific requirements.Have a deep understanding of the business processes and system functionality to identify gaps between partner integration needs and HAVI standard data, process, and functionalities.Collaborate with developers and technical teams on mapping and solution definition.Design and develop solutions within company corporate integrations tools when needed.Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) based on identified business scenarios.Ensure that the solution provided meets the requirements and functions correctly within the system.Maintain comprehensive documentation for each integration for knowledge transfer and ongoing system maintenance.Identify and address any issues or defects that arise during the project's implementation phase.Involved in training end-users or support teams to ensure proper support for the new integration.Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.Assist in change management activities, helping users and teams adapt to new system components and processes introduced through the integrations elements.Requirements: Proven experience, minimum of 3 years as a Solutions Analyst/IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role within the Logistics or Supply Chain Sector.Proficiency in analysing complex business requirements and understanding how they fit into the current process and system landscape.Experience working with different message formats (EDI, XML, UBL, etc.) and using different integration platforms (Boomi, Workato, Informatica, etc.).Critical thinking and questioning the needs or requests raised within the scope of process and solution standardisation.Ability to lead projects the Integrations Analyst is involved in.Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment.Team player with experience in global and distributed delivery, often in virtual teams.Fluent in English.Availability for travelling in Europe (estimated 10% per year).What You'll Get in Return: Opportunity to participate in highly recognised projects.Excellent work environment.Integration into a dynamic team.Continuous training opportunities with certification in various technologies.Career development and growth opportunities.Possibility of a hybrid work model.What You Need to Do Now: Does this sound up your street?
