This role involves conducting credit checks and risk assessments from various sources and using the gathered information to develop effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures that all processes adhere to the highest standards of performance and quality.Role DescriptionAssess the development of customer credit risk.Perform credit checks and risk assessments for new and existing customers, in line with the group Credit & risk policy.Coordinate and raise any changes in project/client risk exposure to Risk Manager.Tracking and leading the insurance portfolio, having regular communication with the insurer company.Responsible for filing claims to insurers.Analyse and monitor Factoring Portfolio.Handle, analyse and approve bad debts.Initiate and monitor processes with external collections and legal.Working closely with collection's team and the business to resolve critical overdue situations.Dealing with escalations and enforcing the processes DoA (Delegation of Authority).Role Requirements & CapabilitiesDegree or equivalent experience in Management/Accounting/Business Administration.Experience working within Credit Controls and Risk Management process, within complex, large volume environment.Proficient English speaker, accurately able to read and write English and to communicate efficiently.Strong financial, analytical, communication and project management skills.Self-awareness and relationship-building skills.High integrity and keen eye for accuracy that builds trust in analysis being provided.Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.PRIVACY DISCLOSURE: Please note that by applying to this opportunity you consent to the personal data you provide to us to be processed and retained by The Kantar Group Limited ("Kantar").
