Descrição Understand the several IT systems present and the links of the same with any finance processAccess any impact in the finance process of changes in the IT systems and review the same with Global Head of Internal Controls and relevant stakeholdersAccess the impact of changes on the finance process in the IT systemsDeveloping and maintaining system processes and procedures to support the finance organizationStandardizing processes and controls across the organization & implementing trainingDeveloping and maintaining system documentation and workflow processesIdentifying system issues and implementing solutionsWork in collaboration with the Internal Controls team on the user access and profile management to assure adequate SOD across the systemsWork in collaboration with the Internal Controls team on the implementation of monitoring of financial controls particularly the ones system relatedPresent in an understandable way finance information to IT team and system information to finance teamsActing as a key liaison with the IT department on system stability and maintenanceCritically assessing and challenging current finance service delivery methods in order to identify improvements to processes Perfil ideal Degree in Business administration or relevant Information System and/or CIA / CCSA or CISA type of qualificationAt least 6 years' experience in a comparable role preferably in a global organisationProven track record of implementation and or monitoring and developing of finance process across IT system (preferably in SAP environment)Strong finance and accounting knowledgeGood Understanding of finance system SAP S4/Hana, SAP BPC, SUN, Ariba,Concur among othersExperience as a Business AnalystExperience in COSO based systems of internal controls; ideally in SOX 404compliant control systemsKnowledge/ experience in monitoring/auditing SOX 404 based systems of internal controlsFluent in EnglishAnalytical and structuredSystematical and planned way of working, stress resistanceStrong communicational skills (listening and explaining (training))Ability to document process and procedures verbally and graphicallyCapability to handle several tasks / projects at the same timeHigh level of ethical conductWillingness to travel
