CHALLENGEAs Senior Controller in the Brand department, your main responsibilities will be to support the Direction in the decision-making process by providing financial control management information, preparing, and controlling the reporting of the main performance indicators, and ensuring the reliability of the information provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out and supervise invoice control, accounting and analytical support to the Brand department.
Create detailed finance reports and presentations to support the department's strategy and decision-making.
Prepare and develop the Budget, Forecast, and Area Development Plan alongside Direction.
Evaluate and report rentability in Marketing campaigns, products, and Brand projects.
Report variables specific to the Brand department (Social Media, Photography Studio, Trade Marketing, and other variables).
Analyze and report deviations from the Brand and Marketing budget.
Control and monitor the main KPIs and interactions with Ecommerce and Commercial Ecommerce teams.
Coordinate budget execution in line with other departments (Ecommerce and Commercial Ecommerce, Production) and evaluate outcomes.



PROFILE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Control Management, or Accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Control Management or Auditing role.
Previous experience in a marketing role is valued.
Advanced knowledge in Excel and other analytic tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good level of English and Spanish.
Resilient and results-oriented.
Highly critical spirit.
