Our Global Finance Services Team has grown by more than 50% in the past 5 years.What will YOU do?Responsible for operational activities of Intercompany financial closing and reporting; ensure all requirementsare completed and delivered in a timely manner.Perform I/C monthly accruals and proactively analyse and promote resolutions to intercompany imbalances to achieve HBF's thresholds at month end.Analyse backlogs, identify root causes, and identify possible solutions.Communicate with other group entities to confirm and agree intercompany balances.Prepare Intercompany Invoices, payments, and netting.Prepare Charge Outs between NA and Corporate entities and other region, ensuring that all the supporting documentation is appropriated.Produce, analyse, and distribute NA and Corporate intercompany aging reports and reduce the number of items above 90 days
