What This Job Involves: Sell-side and buy-side advisory for real estate development opportunities comprising all types of projects, sectors, and segments, both commercial and residential; Financial analysis usingtools such as DCF analysis and building ad hoc financial models tailored to specific transactions or investor criteria; Understand the frameworkand timeline of urban planning and licensing processes; Gathering of informationand market data in collaboration with other departments within JLL; Drafting of Information Memorandum (documents summarizing key information on investment opportunities) and specific project reports; Support in business development activities and drafting of pitches; Structuring and executing highly competitive sales processes on the sell side and representing clients on the buy side; Pitches and meetings with clients and investors; Supporting the negotiation of complex deals assuring completion in our client's best interests; Participate in the development of our in-house technological platform.Every day is different, and in all these activities, we'd encourage you to show your ingenuity
