Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle; Collaborate with development, QA, Security and operations teams to streamline the build, test, and deployment processes; Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD processes and automation; Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout the CI/CD pipeline; Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on best practices and industry standards; Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience); Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CI/CD automation and DevOps; Proficiency with Azure DevOps platform; Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash and Python; Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines; Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes; Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Log Analytics/Application Insights and Datadog; Familiarity with Azure cloud platform; Microsoft AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions exam; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Strong communication and collaboration abilities; Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
