Join our Clients' Indirect Purchasing Department and play a vital role in managing vendor relationships, negotiations, market analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of services, indirect materials, and company investments.
Key Responsibilities

Negotiation:

Define and manage requests for quotation, purchase orders, and negotiations based on technical specifications.
Scout and evaluate new/alternative suppliers, negotiating purchasing prices, terms, and conditions with continuous benchmarking activities.


Order Management:

Transform purchasing offers into purchase orders through SAP and JDE Oracle, adhering to company procedures.
Handle the administrative and financial management of the entire order process.
Monitor purchase trends YoY and manage cost-saving initiatives.



Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Degree in economic engineering management or related field.
2-3 years of continuous experience in a buyer role within structured manufacturing companies.
