As a Buyer, what are you going to do?
The Buyer will be responsible for the purchasing of materials, supplies, and services for business units/departments.
Conduct negotiations with suppliers.
Process purchase requisitions, prepare and maintain reports, files, and systems and vendor relations.
Meet suppliers on-site as necessary to coordinate the timely delivery of materials.
Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of Health, Safety & Environment and report any non-conformity detected in this area.
Comply and assure compliance with the rules and procedures of the Quality Management System and other Management Systems that the company may adopt.
Ensure the confidentiality of the information available within the scope of the activity, as contractually defined.

Strong time management skills.
Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in purchasing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Speak and write fluent English.
