Working under your own initiative with required guidance and support, a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience you will be part of the Business Analysis team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully documented, understood and met by the proposed solution. What you'll be doing: Discovery: Collaborate with senior stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product, ensuring that ideation ladders up to the strategic goals of the business, and support adapting priorities as the business progresses. Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring the customer experience is frictionless across channels. Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns product roadmap to strategic goals: both in the immediate and longer term. Determine scope of change and the iterations to unlock greatest customer value. Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product. Understand and challenge perceived customer value in order to prioritise effectively and ensure we focus on the changes that will deliver maximum value align to our strategy. Planning: Play an active role leading up to and during PI planning meeting to ensure the quarterly plans align to strategic goals, and the event ran well to ensure the investment spent on time is fully realised and strong plans are formed for quarter ahead. Release and Processes: Identify areas of the agile process that require refinement and look for opportunities to continuously improve the E2E process working closely with our senior release and engineering teams. Contribute to release meetings and prioritise which candidates will be delivered across value streams and Programmes & Projects. People: Line management responsibilities, including conducting 121s, half yearly and yearly reviews
