Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.Requirements:Knowledge of Data Business; Previous experience as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner; Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements; Fluent in English and French.Responsibilities:Collection, analysis and challenge of business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner; Writing requirements anduser stories; Participation in the design of the People Repository; Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform; Close collaboration withthe IT Teams, and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT Implementations; Contribution to tests;Contribution to the drafting of operating procedures, user guides; Active contribution to all agile rituals; Propose optimizations and efficiency gains.We offer:Health insurance; A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary; Constant feedback so youcan grow professionally; Remote onboarding process; Team events every semester so you can live new adventures; Culture of proximity andtransparency.
