With the largest e-commerce site in the country and over 240 stores in Portugal and Spain, we remain close to our customers, providing low prices, personalized service, and a variety of products and services to meet their needs and expectations.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage and develop the business Iberically in Online and Store channels;Monitor trends in the Sports and Outdoor market and bring innovation into the business;Define the category strategy in line with the business unit's strategic lines and Worten's objectives, informally leading multidisciplinary teams to implement this strategy;Manage relationships with suppliers (1P) and marketplace sellers (3P) and establish new partnerships with suppliers;Implement entry into new stores, selecting and negotiating product ranges for both online and store channels, satisfying customer needs according to market trends;Ensure business profitability according to the defined budget;Ensure sales growth according to the defined strategy;Manage the product lifecycle adequately.What We Are Looking For:Higher education in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or other relevant fields;Previous experience in Commercial Management, Category Management, or Product Management;Experience in Retail and/or e-commerce.
