Senior Business Analyst

Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work in this project in Lisbon or Porto.Requirements:- Knowledge of Data Business;- Previous experience as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner;- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements;- Fluent in English and French.Responsibilities:- Collection, analysis and challenge of business needs with animation of workshops in collaboration with the Product Owner;- Writing requirements and user stories;- Participation in the design of the People Repository;- Contribution to the definition of the functional solution of the platform;- Close collaboration with the IT Teams, and the project manager to ensure a good understanding of the needs and their IT Implementations;- Contribution to tests;- Contribution to the drafting of operating procedures, user guides;- Active contribution to all agile rituals;- Propose optimizations and efficiency gains.We offer:- Health insurance;- A personalized training plan, with a budget to spend on the training and technical books you find necessary;- Constant feedback so you can grow professionally;- Remote onboarding process;- Team events every semester so you can live new adventures;- Culture of proximity and transparency.
