We are seeking a highly skilled behavioral expert with proven analytical skills for our Data Science team.About the RoleCollaborative Environment: Work with an international team in a flexible and supportive setting.Test Design: Determine test scenarios to improve our data collection methods and panel management features such as incentive schemas, reward mechanisms, communication strategies, and panelist engagement.Behavioral Assessment: Evaluate any changes and innovations from a behavioral perspective in terms of impact on data collection behavior, panelist retention, and engagement level.Impact Analysis: Conduct data impact analysis for various behavioral projects, predominantly for our different consumer panels.Deployment Support: Consult our Panel Management Teams when deploying new solutions to our consumer panel.Documentation: Document findings, methodologies, and best practices comprehensively.About YouYou are an expert on human behavior market research scenarios. Ideally, you possess a good understanding of consumer behavior. You have successfully applied your data analytical skills to real-world scenarios, demonstrating your ability to handle complex behavioral questions and generate actionable insights from experimental or actual data. Experience with (un)managed crowdsourced panels or related response topics is an advantage.QualificationsEducation: Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Socioeconomics, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Data Analysis Expertise: Strong analytical and logical skills, with experience in data cleaning, outlier validation, sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, or data aggregation techniques.Consumer Insights: Knowledge of consumer behavior and (un)managed related crowdsourced panels.Programming Proficiency: Experience with Python or another programming language, with a willingness to learn Python.Continuous Learning: Eagerness to adopt and develop evolving technologies and tools, as well as to follow research in academia and translate it into our panel products.Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.Additional InformationEmbark on this exciting journey to transform our panel measurement business and make a significant impact in the world of consumer analytics.
