We are also proud to regularly appear in the list of French companies where it is good to work and have been certified Great Place to Work 2023 and Best Workplace for Women 2023!ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Associate Manager, Sales Account, the person will be responsible for the management of specific Key Accounts within the Traditional Trade including:AnalysisPresentation of productPromo plan negotiation and executionYou will work closely with the Lead of Traditional Trade customers in Portugal.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccountable to achieving sales target, trade spending and SOM objectives in line with Categories Strategies.Ensure right execution of Key Account Plan (from customer presentation to execution at stores).Ensure account performance is monitored and course correction plans are in place as necessary.Ensure to implement in-store activities on time by following company direction with sales uplift.To maintain good relationships and work closely with customers.Support of the Lead Traditional Trade Sales Account Management.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGDegree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing.Driving license.PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSCommercial background with at least 3 to 5 years in Commercial experience.Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment.Understanding and knowledge of the Portuguese retail environment.Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed.Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritize.Mobility.Fluent in English and Portuguese.JOB REQUIREMENTSFull Time, 5 days a weekWork Environment: field, storesRole not eligible for relocationBENEFITS AND PERKSA family group with a friendly, caring spirit.Great Place to Work.Meal allowance: 11.7€ per working day.Company Car.Together, we are creating a better future – for the planet, for future generations and for every SCJ team member.
