Senior Associate Health & Benefits (Flex Benefits)

Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies.The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Flex Department, you will have a key role in this growing team delivering and consulting on our new flex benefits technology. As a Senior Health & Benefits Associate you will be interacting directly with prospects and clients, establishing relationships at all levels of the prospect/client organization.You will be at the forefront of managing projects for large, complex clients. You'll leverage your experience as a benefits expert to make recommendations on flexible benefit plan design and strategy.Responsibilities:Actively design and implement flexible benefit programmesServe as a lead flex strategist/subject matter expertAccountability for growing Health and Benefits revenueCross-sell new projects and services to current HB clients; maximize the penetration of key accountsWork with existing sales and Client Relationship Management teams to identify, develop and close new clients of the company, also delivering sales materials and proposalsDeliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating proceduresEstablish a trusted advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship managementRequirements:Strong Consultancy and Benefits experience and ability to drive growth - Flexible Benefits is preferableExperience in generating revenueAbility to develop and grow strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goalsInfluence and collaborate across all levels of an organizationKnowledge of health and life insurance marketCapacity to work in a fast-paced environmentExtremely organized with strong time management skillsKnowledge of English (written and spoken)Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPointEqual Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
