As a Senior Actuarial Analyst , you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of actuarial services, mentor junior colleagues, and support key projects in the Western Europe/Germany or UK pensions market.
What You'll Do
Technical Expertise : Serve as an expert on pensions, particularly within Western Europe/Germany/UK, addressing complex actuarial issues.
Data Analysis : Produce and analyze data reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Project Management : Plan, prioritize, and deliver assigned project activities, keeping track of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Team Collaboration : Work with consulting office teams, provide support to senior colleagues, and mentor junior analysts.
Risk Management : Identify and address risks or errors early, following company procedures.
Compliance : Stay up to date on regulatory and statutory requirements, ensuring compliance in all work.
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, offering technical insights and solutions.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring
FIA qualification or good progress towards it.
Experience in actuarial valuations or consultancy, particularly in the pensions sector.
In-depth knowledge of Western Europe/UK DB Pensions , including familiarity with legislative requirements such as GMP.
Strong Excel skills for high-level data analysis and reconciliation.
Excellent communication skills , with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
A proven ability to work collaboratively, support team members, and foster a culture of teamwork .
Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
