Job Description Responsibilities: Be responsible for the accounting in Portugal and being the backup of other EU entities whenever it's required; Assist the finance manager with budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
Ensure the effectiveness of existing group practices.
Responsible of bank reconciliation.
Use systems and information to assess group performance, control costs and manage risks; Coordinating month-end and quarter-end process in close cooperation with the Finance Manager; Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting in accordance with local laws and IFRS; Coordinate tax filings with auditors and third advisors, and participate on annual IFRS Audit; Process all required documentation and submit it to the fiscal authorities.
Coordinating payroll process with the third party Managing administrative documentation for new hirings and leavers Qualifications Chartered Accountant (Contabilista Certificado) Mandatory fluent in English (written and spoken); 3-5 year experience in a similar role; Good knowledge on ERP Primavera is a must Good knowledge on ERP Microsoft Navision will be a plus Working experience in technology company is an advantage; Comprehensive knowledge of local fiscal and labour Laws; Proficiency in MS Office products (esp.
Excel, PPT); Excellent communication skills, ability to flexibly adopt to diverse target groups.
