Senior Accountant

We are a premium apartment hotel based in Lisbon and we are currently seeking accounting professionals to join our team. Job Description and Responsibilities (Contract part-time/full-time): Oversee and handle the company's day-to-day accounting operations Keep record of all invoices & financials Prepare forecast and record all revenue for each apartment and provide revenue/occupancy analysis for each apartment Prepare rental reimbursement calculation for the landlord on a quarterly basis/upon request Management of petty cash Prepare invoice for each reservation Prepare rental excel for the reservations of the month Prepare the condominium accounts Issue the condominium fee notes to owners quarterly/yearly/upon request Liaising with auditors and accountant during the annual audit Ad-hoc assignments Requirements: Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable with accounting or business or management degree Relevant accounting or administrative work experience (minimum of 3 years) Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Native in Portuguese and strong English communication skills (both oral and written) Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Support for the application of a working visa in Portugal Opportunity to work with an international team Only serious applicants, please email your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
