Senior Accountant

We are a premium apartment hotel based in Lisbon and we are currently seeking accounting professionals to join our team. If you are interested in developing your accounting career in an international environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.Job Description and Responsibilities (Contract part-time/full-time):Oversee and handle the company's day-to-day accounting operationsKeep record of all invoices & financialsPrepare forecast and record all revenue for each apartment and provide revenue/occupancy analysis for each apartmentPrepare rental reimbursement calculation for the landlord on a quarterly basis/upon requestManagement of petty cashPrepare invoice for each reservationPrepare rental excel for the reservations of the monthPrepare the condominium accountsIssue the condominium fee notes to owners quarterly/yearly/upon requestLiaising with auditors and accountant during the annual auditAd-hoc assignmentsRequirements:Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable with accounting or business or management degreeRelevant accounting or administrative work experience (minimum of 3 years)Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesNative in Portuguese and strong English communication skills (both oral and written)Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamWe Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageSupport for the application of a working visa in PortugalOpportunity to work with an international teamOnly serious applicants, please email your CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
