Scrum Master (Sap Success Factors)

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives); Manage the backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders, or oversee waterfall projects; Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors modules.
Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar; Minimum of 5 years in project management using the Scrum model, with a focus on Human Resources systems; Advanced knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors system; Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence; Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a results-oriented approach; Knowledge in system integration and APIs; Fluency in Portuguese and English.
