THE ROLE We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Incident Manager for an international project in the banking sector.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IT production and administration systems (Linux, Windows, network architecture, VPN, and firewalls) ITIL knowledge – Major Incident Management (must know) Change Management & Problem management (how the processes can be related is a plus) Fluent in English and French Good Communication Stress resistant and leadership (in case of crisis cell) Risk identification and follow-up Systematic, critical, and logical thinking Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
