Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a specialization in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and UiPath technology to lead and manage agile projects. In this role, you will facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively while leveraging your expertise in UiPath for RPA implementations. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end RPA projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Scrum Facilitation: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
RPA Project Management: Oversee RPA projects using UiPath, managing all aspects from assessment and business case development to functional analysis, technical design, development, and code review.
Team Coordination: Work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure clear communication, resolve impediments, and keep projects on track.
Agile Practices: Promote and support agile methodologies, ensuring that Scrum practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
End-to-End RPA Execution: Ensure successful delivery of RPA projects by managing the full lifecycle, including assessment, functional analysis, technical design, development, and deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in Scrum processes and RPA implementations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and knowledge about Scrum and UiPath with team members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Over 5 years of proven experience in consultancy projects, preferably related to automation.
Over 2 years of proven experience working with UiPath technology.
Demonstrated experience in executing RPA projects including assessment, business case development, functional analysis, technical design, development, and code review.
Experience with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with business processes in the financial sector is highly valued.
Project and People Management: Interest and aptitude for managing projects and leading teams.
Nice to Have
UiPath Certifications: Relevant UiPath certifications or advanced training.
Additional Agile Certifications: Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
