Your New Role Supervision of two Scrum development teamsPlanning, moderation and follow-up of Scrum eventsEarly recognition and elimination of obstacles, conflicts and risksEnsuring communication and collaboration within the teams and with external stakeholdersCommunicating agile values and principles and being a methodological expert in the platform teamCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and drive the continuous development of the company's agility What You'll Need Practical experience in the role of a Scrum Master or in a comparable position in an agile environmentCompleted studies preferably in (business) informatics or training in the IT environment as well as certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or similar)Very good knowledge in the areas of moderation, team development and the ability to self-reflectExperience of leading and mentoring teamsConfident appearance and good knowledge of EnglishKnowledge in the use of agile tools such as Jira or ConfluenceExperience with agile scaling frameworks (SAFe) desirableIdeally, experience of conducting workshops and training courses on agile topics
