Then you might be the right candidate for the position as Scrum Master.We are responsible for developing and maintaining Wind Park IT/OT communication infrastructure design and support applications for SCADA systems in Wind Power Plants across the globe. We are responsible for end-to-end delivery of communication infrastructure solutions in collaboration with Digital Solutions and Service organization and governance on processes and procedures around responsibility area.The individual tasks in the department vary from hardware design based on industrial grade equipment to designing and enabling advanced security solutions with innovative networking technologies. Your role as Scrum Master will enable us to do these activities in an Agile way in close collaboration with Project Management Organization.ResponsibilitiesExecuting projects and development activities framed with Agile methodologies by working closely with developers, designers, and Product Owner in the communication infrastructure team and Project Managers in PMO office.Managing the scrum process and removing impediments for the scrum team. Supporting the Product Owner to groom and maintain the product backlog in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint/PI.Coaching and guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to improve customer satisfaction.Assessing the team's Scrum Maturity, coaching them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable and comfortable pace.Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution.Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.Working closely with the team to promote a self-organized and motivated environment and assist them in continuously improving their processes.Promoting a quality mindset and constructive problem solving within the teams.Arranging daily stand-up meetings, facilitating & scheduling meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to ensure quick and proper use of adaptation processes.Strong partnering with the Release Train Engineer to assure the team is developing and delivering at their best pace.QualificationsTechnical or another relevant degree (B.Sc or M.Sc).3-5 years of experience as Scrum Master or other Agile-related role.Experience with large matrix organizations and handling stakeholders on a senior level.Solid understanding of different execution, governance, and budget models.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.CompetenciesYou can easily use and promote Agile values and principles and have deep knowledge of agile frameworks or methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban).You can act as a coach and mentor to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.You have proven communication skills and enjoy being around people.You have the ability to inspire, and people listen to you when you present your points with conviction and valid arguments.You can project across different cultures, and you are present even though some will be coordinated remotely.You embrace changes and guide your surroundings through the changing environment.You have good IT skills and can quickly understand and read systems and dependencies between systems.Experienced with JIRA.What we offerA highly qualified team where you will develop personally and professionally and get broad interface and exposure to several levels in the organization.Complex projects with huge market and value chain impacts.Pioneering sustainable energy solutions and making an impact on the green agenda with innovative solutions.A fast-growing organization with exciting and sometimes unpredictable projects with motivated and skilled colleagues.A diverse mix of experience and skills, working closely together to make Vestas' vision a reality.A 'people first' attitude with a lot of empowerment and responsibility.Join Vestas and you will find yourself working in a spirit of worldwide collaboration while enjoying the knowledge that you are making a positive difference for the future.
