Side by side with MAN Truck & Bus, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, we are hiring for a dedicated team in our Hub. MAN Truck & Bus is focusing on four key areas:Alternative drive systems;Digitalization;Automated driving;Road Security;Thus transforming itself from a commercial vehicle manufacturer to a provider of intelligent and sustainable transport solutions. About the Team: Autonomous vehicles are an important field in the Strategy of Traton and its truck brands (MAN, Scania, Navistar, VW CO). Together with digitalization and electrification, they form the building blocks of the future product lineup. The challenging work that is done in the vehicle (onboard) to conquer autonomous driving needs to be accompanied by a matching offboard cloud ecosystem. This will allow to operate fleets of autonomous commercial vehicles from a central place, a control center, without a driver involved. Therefore fulfilling legal requirements for supervision as well as establishing the use case for our customers to economically use autonomous vehicles (AVs).Your Responsibilities:Serve as a mirror to the team, coaching the team and organization regarding lean and modern agile mindset;Ensure that the team has a transparent work model;Promote a safe, fault-tolerant environment that facilitates learning from mistakes;Enable the team to reach self-organization and work productively;Responsible for agile artefacts, enabling the team to find the best agile frameworks (if necessary) and/or methods that meet their characteristics and stages;Enable the team in conducting group dynamics and agile ceremonies;Be updated to teach and mentor the team and organization, participate in internal and external communities to promote continuous improvements in the team's day-to-day activities;Promote synergy between teams;Provide support to Product Owner;Responsible for helping the team to maintain the big picture;Keep team motivated and having a sustainable environment.Your Skills:Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable job expertise;At least 5 years of experience;Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international, hybrid (Onsite and Home office) context;Strong people skills (Interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict management);Experience in teaching agile values and methodologies, coaching teams and team building;Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;You feel at home in an agile environment and have excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework;Ability to drive change and support the team during the process;Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural);Very good English skills, both written and spoken.What can we offer?Attractive Remuneration;Flexible work hours and hybrid mode;Attractive workspace;Active Health Care;Employee Benefits;
