No RECIPIENTS: Students enrolled in a Master Degree in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics, Master Degree in Computer Engineering - Mobile Computing or a Master Degree in Data Science. DURATION: 12 months, eventually renewable until the end of the project or the maximum duration for this research fellowship type. The fellowship is due to start in October 2024. WORK PLAN: The fellows are expected to support the research and development work planned for the Centre's Cybersecurity Competence Center (CCC-Centro). The fellows will work on the following project activities: Collection and selection of cybersecurity standards, reference materials and frameworks with a view to their use by the consortium; Diagnosis of teams and entities, namely through the identification of a regulatory framework and training for IT teams; Surveying cybersecurityneeds of SMEs in the region. Expected results include the dissemination of preliminary results achieved through technical reports and technical-scientific publications. WORKPLACE AND SCIENTIFIC SUPERVISION: The work will be developed at the Computer Engineering Department, of the School of Technology and Management – ESTG, under the supervision of PhD Professors Mário João Gonçalves Antunes, Marisa da Silva Maximiano, Miguel Monteiro de Sousa Frade, Ricardo Jorge Pereira Gomes and Carlos Jorge Machado Antunes. GRANT FINANCIAL COMPONENTS: Monthly maintenance stipend of € 601,12, according to the FCT Regulation for Studentships and Fellowships, plus, if applicable, the monthly Voluntary Social Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance during the research fellowship period. PAYMENT: The maintenance stipend will be monthly processed through bank transfer. ACTIVITY SCHEME: Exclusivity, according to the applicable legislation. SELECTION METHOD AND EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation will be based on the curricular analysis and eventual interview, focusing on the candidate merit according to the following: Academic Qualification: final grade of the undergraduate degree (HA); Professional/academic experience (EPA); Specific knowledge in the cybersecurity area (CE).
