The Role Purpose of the role As the IT Compliance & Governance Manager at Laminar, you will play a pivotal role in managing IT compliance, cybersecurity, risk, and governance initiatives, whilst also ensuring the smooth operation and support across various IT functions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, particularly in alignment with ISO 27001 accreditation. Additionally, you will be responsible for all Laminar's IT related policy and business rules, managing software & internet contracts, support desk operations, hardware and infrastructure management, and establishing SLAs for user support. Our operations team covers a broad range of areas including finance, administration, IT, legal, compliance and strategic initiatives.
