What you'll do SAP's Corporate Processes & Information Technology organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced technical professional in the Rewards & Incentives IT product team. In our international, fast-paced environment, you will help drive strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Work on Total Rewards deliverables that are part of the HR IT portfolio roadmapRefine collaboratively the product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical deliveryWork on technical configuration, testing, release management, ensuring a reliable and efficient deliveryValidate new SAP SuccessFactors releases/enhancements, present new features to our stakeholdersCollaborate with peers and business stakeholders in agile ceremoniesHelp improve our agile ways of workingWork with our external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to runContribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and the quality of our user experienceWhat you bring 5+ years of work experienceStrong interpersonal skills & proficient communication skills in EnglishAbility to understand and be responsive to value-driven business needsSolution-oriented attitude, adaptive to changing conditionsDrive for continuous learning and staying up to date with business solutions & technologyWillingness to act as a team player and improve execution as an agile teamProfessional experience & deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Incentive Planning, Remuneration Planning, Budget Calculation and ConfigurationPreferred: Knowledge of EC, RBPs, Report Center, Business Rules, APIsABAP skills are a plus.Meet your team
