Tasks As a core member of the SAP SD application team, you will be responsible for support and enhancement projects within a complex and integrated IT landscape covering SAP SD, GTS, and CS. Your primary duties will include:
Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for daily incidents in SAP Sales & Distribution.
Collaborating with central and regional SAP SD teams, as well as other functional IT teams and third-party vendors.
Mapping requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary SD solutions to meet business needs.
Clarifying requirements, processes, and timelines for external customer projects.
Initiating and driving the implementation of improvement projects, coordinating activities with customers.
Reviewing and analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, enhancing processes to the next level.
Participating in global improvement activities, such as process mining, robotics, and process automation.
Supporting global SAP rollouts.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SD consultant, preferably with large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global/enterprise level.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP SD with hands-on configuration experience.
Knowledge of integration points between SD, GTS, CS, MM, (E)WM, and FI/CO.
Minimum English proficiency at B2 level; ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel to end customers (10% of the time).
