We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams!Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Conduct SAP QM process configuration to meet client business requirements, including connection points with other modules;Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions;Identify root causes and solutions for recurrent problems;Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database;Create detailed technical specifications for the ABAP team;Work with other IT personnel on any configuration change affecting areas outside of SAP's modules and perform rigorous testing.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of Experience in SAP QM;Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production Support;Experience with S4 Hana is a plus;Experience in rollout projects is a plus.Other Requirements:Fluent in English;Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain workable solutions;Customer focus and service delivery;Availability to work in the EU.
