We focus on training and excellence.Join us for the next game!We are looking for our next SAP HCM Consultant:Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects;Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions (e.g., SAP for Public Sector, SAP for Healthcare);Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Personnel Development (PD);Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules to meet specific business requirements;Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution);Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations and upgrades;Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and migration projects is highly desirable;Proficiency in data migration techniques, including LSMW, BAPIs, and IDOCs;Experience with data reconciliation, data validation, and ensuring data integrity;Skills in designing and developing HR reports using SAP tools like SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and SAP BW/BI;Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable insights;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical issues;Ability to design and implement effective and efficient solutions;Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints;Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall);Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs;Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating comprehensive documentation;Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management with SAP ERP, SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central;Additional relevant SAP certifications.We prioritize:High standards, professionalism, and dedication; everything else can be learned.If you're interested in joining our team, send your CV to: ******, where the top talents step into the spotlight.
