Sap Fi/Co Consultant (12 Months Project) (M/F/D)

The company where you will be working You will be a part of the Hays tech team working for a worldwide Automotive OEM supplier, impacting directly on the next step of their global digitalization.
Your tasks Collaborate closely with our internal IT FICO team colleagues based in Lisbon.Engage in support and enhancement projects within a complex and integrated IT landscape, specifically focusing on FI/CO modules. Experience with banking implementation and familiarity with the new ISO 20022 standards are highly valued.Work alongside the regional SAP FI/CO team and other functional IT teams or third-party vendors.Map requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to meet business needs. Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) states by identifying gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.Assist the team in reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems, aiming to elevate processes to the next level.Support global SAP rollouts under regional supervision.What you'll need to succeed 3+ years working in FI area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level. Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA and new GL is a plus; High level of commitment, responsibility, self motivation and organization; Strong communication skills; Demonstrated expertise in SAP FI/CO and hands-on configuration experience; Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Fixed Assets/General Accounting/Treasury; IT finance experience at vertically integrated retail businesses; working for Shared Service Center is a plus; Knowledge of the integration points between SD, MM, WM and FI/CO; Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus.
